Shane Bracken:

Shane is the only Dubliner in Lia Luachra, coming from the borough of Dun Laoghaire. Having mastered the concertina at an early age, he was soon on the road and performing recitals in France, Germany, Holland and Spain. He has also toured Europe as part of a Folk Dancing Group. More recently he has been in America dazzling his audiences with his individualism and virtuosity on that tiny but highly demanding instrument. Shane also plays a mean Bodhran as well as piano on Lia Luachra’s two Albums.
